My entire childhood will probably culminate with the end of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II movie. I have spent a fair amount of years reading, and rereading, the Harry Potter books and I never really could get enough. And, believe you me, I will continue to read them years after. I have spent summers waiting for the books and winters waiting for the movies. The books, of course, were better, but the movies still cannot be missed. I have voluntarily entered the Wizarding World and it will be so sad to leave as the second movie ends. Cue tissues...
I have not seen Part II yet, but when I do, I know it will be pretty emotional and heart-wrenching. Like any Harry Potter fan, I know what happens, but still, to see it will be so...EPIC. This series has transcended itself and people around the world have welcomed it as part of their imagination. I just cannot believe the end is finally here, and what an ending it will be!
I apologize for the Harry Potter geek out, but seriously, am I wrong to react in such a manner???
