Animal motifs have quickly become a fashion favorite of mine, especially in jewelry. I have always been drawn to quirky and unusual jewelry, and nothing says quirky than a piece of bedazzled animal jewelry. Certainly, the conversation piece. Brands on both ends of the spectrum, from Cartier to Forever 21, have incorporated this trend, and I love seeing them peek up across the runways.

I was so excited when I came across this elephant bangle at Forever 21. I instantly grabbed it, and after some hesitation on my part and convincing on my cousin's part, I decided to finally get it. I was afraid it was too trendy for its own good, but even if that's the case, I still love it!

Here's the little fella...his name is Ganesha Hinge Bracelet. He has faux black enamel all across, and colorful rhinestones decorating his head and the clasp of the bangle. The gold detailing is definitely another thing I love.
